This includes your legal full name, valid email address or Philippine mobile number, date of birth, and any other information requested. ph368 relies on the information you provide for identity verification, payout processing, and responsible gaming enforcement. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate Account termination.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph368 Account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. ph368 will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your Account that arises from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify ph368 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
ph368 is required to verify the identity of all Players as part of its KYC obligations aligned with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. Withdrawal access is conditional upon successful completion of KYC verification. ph368 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and request additional documentation at any time if it deems further verification necessary.
ph368 accepts deposits via the following approved payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BDO bank transfer, BPI bank transfer, and Metrobank bank transfer. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time and will be listed on the platform's deposit page. ph368 reserves the right to add, remove, or modify available payment methods without prior notice.
Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed on the deposit page within your ph368 Account. Deposits must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. ph368 does not accept third-party deposits. Deposits made from payment accounts registered to another person will be subject to review and potential reversal.
ph368 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply transaction fees of their own. Checking your GCash or bank's fee schedule before depositing is recommended. All deposits are subject to review for compliance with anti-money laundering obligations.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by verified Players whose KYC process has been completed successfully. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. In cases where this is not possible, ph368 will request an alternative withdrawal destination that can be verified as belonging to the Player.
ph368 targets a 15-minute processing time for GCash and PayMaya withdrawals. Bank transfer withdrawals to BDO, BPI, and Metrobank are targeted for processing within the same business day for requests submitted during banking hours, and the next business day for requests submitted outside banking hours. These timeframes are targets and not contractual guarantees – processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, system maintenance, or compliance review.

Bonus funds credited to a Player's Account are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings derived from those funds may be withdrawn. Bonuses that are not claimed within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from the Account automatically. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are forfeited without compensation. The validity period for each bonus is stated in the specific bonus terms at the time of offer.
